BIO ON IRVIN L. ROZIER Here is a bio on me...Could you use the photo I have already sent? Irvin was born on April 20, 1952 at Jesup, Georgia. He grew up in Pierce County, Georgia, and graduated from Blackshear High School in 1970. He attended Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton and then in 1971 joined the US Army. During his Army career, he worked in personnel and held the ranks of Private through Staff Sergeant, Warrant Officer One through Chief Warrant Officer Three, First Lieutenant and Captain. He retired from the US Army Reserves as a Captain. During his Army career, he wrote regulations, award citations, staff papers, and replies to congressional and presidential inquiries. The pen is mightier than the sword, and written words live on."
